Guerrier, Award-Winning founder of Syllble Studios, a pioneering sci-fi and fantasy production house and publisher that develops diverse writing talent. At Syllble, fabrice leads a radical new process of creating unique fictional worlds by connecting underrepresented creative writers, visual artists and inspired creators from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures through artist collectives. his vision is to bring a new era of storytelling in Hollywood and the publishing world by building vibrant collectives of underrepresented creators producing together within unique fictional universes, publishing the best original work that emerges and growing these worlds through creative collaborations, content creation, and transmedia.
A prolific writer, Fabrice Guerrier, is the author of more than 8+ books and has been featured in The Guardian, NY Daily News, PEN America blog and Brittle Paper Magazine. He has written and spoken about afrofuturism extensively. He’s a columnist for Haïti Observateur, the oldest US-based Haitian weekly newspaper outside of Haiti, founded in 1971, he writes on “Haitian Futurism“, a term he has pioneered. He hosts “The Fabrice Guerrier show,” a podcast that interviews the most influential global leaders and creatives minds on their visions for the future of humanity.
Unpacking the force of collaboration and creativity: Fabrice’s TED Talk, “Gone are the days of the lone genius” illuminates future transformation and the need for collective thinking. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a Gabr Fellow at The Shafik Gabr Foundation and a Senior Fellow at Humanity In Action. He was selected as a 2022 PEN Emerging Voices Fellow finalist and a PEN Haiti Fellow by PEN America. Fabrice was inducted into Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and named to The Root Magazine’s 100 Most Influential African Americans. Fabrice lives in Los Angeles, California.
